Pros
The culture and sophistication of Scan Design is unmatched. The pay is majority commission based so if you're comfortable in sales then earning the pay you want is very possible. Also, having a creative outlet, along with sales as an interior designer is fulfilling and satisfying.
Cons
If you don't like contemporary modern furniture, it may be difficult to be passionate about selling and designing beautiful spaces with it. Also, if you have no experience in interior design, it may be difficult to be commission-based if you can not confidently furnish spaces and are familiar with 3D design.
