Pros

No Pros here to work. Just one small advise never join this company.

Cons

- Don't have good management - Don't provide training, knowladge transfer. - BA/PM having high attitude, never share anyhting with you, they think they are very smart and they knows everything. - Managers also have high attitude, only few, Some become managers easily and they don't know anything, they just do the timepass and take Jrs. review from other members. There is big communication gap here. - If you want to waste your time and want to do some timepass (for 6 months) then you can join this company. - After all this they will unclear your probation and tell you directly after 6 months, before that they will not open their mouth. - No benefits for employee here. - You have to work on weekends and nights, because requirement changes everyday, and Managment don't know what they want. - You will ruine your career if you join this company, so request you guys don't spoil your life

Pros

-12-day work month provided a healthy work-life balance. -Regular cultural events and team lunches created a fun, engaging team environment. -No rigid work hours – flexibility to manage tasks independently; workload spiked mainly around releases. -Exposure to multiple internal apps within a logistics maintenance product. -Opportunity to work on stakeholder-facing documentation, offering practical experience in selective content delivery.

Cons

I worked at Scan-IT on a logistics maintenance product, contributing as a technical writer across several internal apps. While I gained hands-on experience documenting real-time processes and stakeholder-driven content, documentation as a whole was treated as a low priority. Most internal documents were outdated, bloated with irrelevant information, and lacked regular upkeep — unless directly needed for client presentations or audits. Some teams maintained good documentation standards due to proactive SMEs, but overall, support and recognition for documentation efforts were limited. Management was stretched thin across multiple teams, which resulted in minimal guidance or attention to the tech writing function. Despite the challenges, it was a useful experience in managing legacy systems, working independently, and understanding cross-functional logistics workflows.
