      People are nice there, very helpful and so

      Pay is rubbish, they expect you to put in a whole lot of energy for an increase of salary of about 2 % per year.

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Cons

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
