Can work from home a lot Freedom with working hours and flexibility I got a lot of influence in my daily work and prioritization I got a very good mix of responsibilities
Cons
Salaries are not really on market level Bonus is not relative to your salary, same for all, which means that the bonus is not compensating for lower IT salaries well. The salary review process is depending on a performance review where the company's goal is to keep everybody on an average performance grade, it's very hard to argue and your manager can pretty much disregard your arguments Expectations can be a bit unclear at times The organization has no good mechanism to execute strategies
