Work-Life Balance is generally good. Freedom around working hours, vacation planning and decision making in your daily work.
Cons
- Salaries are not in line with market. - Performance review is systematically setup in a way to keep salaries low. HR also has a very faulty view of Tech salaries in the Stockholm area. - Way too much overhead, too many meetings with no clear objective or agenda. - Frequent polls about employee satisfaction normally just result in more work for the team. Management sometimes seem to be clueless and can't take any action on their own. - My manager tries to push ideas in a team of Senior specialists without taking teams advice seriously and cannot take no answers from team members even in areas where managers don't have mandate. - Things that are said to be "optional" or voluntary are not really that. - Too much focus on tracking work. - Very limited career opportunities if you are senior and don't want to become a line manager.
