      the company policy protect their workers, environment, and life of individuals. Give promotions to those employee's capable enough to do the work.

      Cons

      the man power reduces and salary decreases due to maritime market is in crisis. the shipping agency base in philippines did not protect their crew's to take care and protect the rights of seafarer.

      Pros

      Im working in a tanker vessel of this company. This is a good company but because my fiancee is a US citizen, we are arranging my fiancee visa then after securing all the docs then planning to work there at US.
