No growth mindset, the company is only focusing on WFO, in day to day live everybody talks about come to office come to office making a it a very toxic place to work. Before joining you will be told that there is some flexibility but after joining you won't even be allowed to visit your home more than once a year. Too much of micro management you will be asked what are you doing every 3 hours and are supposed to share your status to your manager, skip manager, CTO and sometimes CEO which is frustrating. Working on weekends is an expectation from the team
