* Work on existing web frameworks on a day to day basis, than cutting edge. * No work/life balance. * Employees are use and throw, no regard for employees. * Consistently hire interns at low pay to complete product related work, leading to bad quality code. * They don't meet their deadlines, but expect employees to. * There is always a Reality Distortion Field at play [This isn't good] * CXO's have skin in the game, and will do day and night work; and will expect emp's do the same. * Employees don't hold CXO's in high regard. * CXO's say company is a valley company, but culture is totally MNC like.

It's a great environment which offers fast paced career development. The opportunities for growth and learning are pretty amazing, that it's all about finding your space and doing what you like doing to help the org grow. You'll work hard and need to put the effort in as everything moves at a really fast pace. But if you are self motivated and love a challenge, you'll thrive here. The perks of being part of a flat org is that you feel like you're contributing to something big here. No matter what role you're in it's one of the best learning experiences you'll have.

Does get disorganized at times more often than not but that's part of working at a startup.
