The Indian Management is highly incompetent and doesn't have any vision or clarity. Further to add, the Indian Management seems like local street vendors ( mentality , looks you might be a better judge 😁). Further, they have an HR sitting at Bangladesh, who is such a pain ,doesn't know any process /norms about India and tries to manipulate things like her own. They hire people offering very little hike and people join in the hope that it's a cash rich Scandinavian Company and will give them awesome hikes going forward( which is a wrong presumption - see their balance sheet it's negative). This company has no clarity on its operations in India, how long it will operate and till now operating only thorough JV's ( where other Indian companies management is taking all the charge and decisions) ,in short its operating as Lala Firm in India. Finally, as they are not clear on roles and responsibilities they may Hire and Fire you in few months. Based on aforementioned points - Not recommended to work at all at such firm.
