Because of the size of the company, i've been able to learn a ton about the bedding industry. My coworkers are terrific, we have a lot of fun and it is a relaxed but professional atmosphere. Overall the culture is positive and supportive. I am happy working here.

Because the company is so small, there are some limits in terms of resources and opportunities.

- with only one person per role, you can own your position to a certain degree - most coworkers are personable and helpful

- pay is very low - certain members of the management team tend to be misguided, absent, or unqualified
