Pros

none.. literally nothing was a “pro” working at this job

Cons

where to begin! i worked at scenthound in college station pushing 8 months, looking to hit a year. at first, everything seemed great. i caught on quickly and loved the people i worked with and for. overtime, red flags started popping up that i should’ve seen from the beginning. #1 their employee turn over rate. the more they try to hide it, the easier it was to see, but they will fire you over ANYTHING.. and i mean… literally anything. no notice or warning, they will sneak behind your back, hire a replacement, train on your day off, then let you go when you come in. #2 don’t even get me started on corporate, the owner, and higher management. the spying.. AND YES.. i mean SPYING. was unbelievable. there were cameras (audio and visual) in every room. understandably, those are needed for certain situations, BUT not to listen in on employee conversations and dig up dirt on them. everything was going great for about 7 months until one day i came back from break and got fired. your probably thinking.. for what? let’s just say it wasn’t justified whatsoever. they had pulled an excuse out of no where to fire me because they didn’t like me. do not ever work or even think about working for this company. you will be over worked, underpaid, and deceived. i promise they do not care at all about their employees, only about themselves.

Pros

Amazing people, amazing company and great values.

Cons

Definitely tiresome physically, would like to see a multi family membership option.

Pros

Working with dogs was the only upside

Cons

This review pertains to the Corp hq team: I was video recorded without my consent or permission on personal devices, and then those recordings of me exposed, bent over and struggling were shared at the owners annual conference as training materials without my consent or permission. I was completely humiliated and shocked. I was required to drive 90 minutes into the office every day to work alone while every other dept was able to be hybrid or remote. I was never given room to perform my job independently and sat silently “in training” for 7 months. I was shamed and received passive aggressive comments from my direct report for using my pto to take a trip planned before I joined the team. If I could give this HQ zero stars I would. I will say the owners were always very kind and generous but had no impact on my professional experience
