In addition, leadership's focus on employee talent development is a draw for junior employees that are new to the industry as well as more seasoned employees that have not been able to find sufficient growth opportunities elsewhere. The agency's growth and strategic expertise in digital marketing, paired with a strong tenure in traditional marketing, make it one of the strongest integrated agencies in the area.
