Unorganized, bad management - Strategic Accounts Specialist Schaerer Employee Review

Management was incredibly unorganized- they constantly changed processes and communicated expectations and procedural changes very poorly. The pay was good but they added more and more job responsibilities without providing the support or infrastructure to adequately perform basic job duties, and reprimanded people for being unable to keep up with the overwhelming workload.
