Pros

- Big brands to work on - Company name can look good on resume

Cons

- Toxic Work Environment. Overtime is like an expectation at this place. - They have recently shifted to a 4 day work from office policy. The founder itself doesn't show up so how can they expect their employees to come from Dombivli and Virar to come to work almost every day. - No appreciation. People work overtime and give their 100% to work but they are not appreciated but their shortcomings are highlighted more - if you are a fresher thinking working with bigger brands can help you. These people don't take your learning and career growth seriously, they just dump work on you and expect you to complete it without even monitoring you. - the work environment is so depressing that it landed multiple people in my team in therapy - they are quick to pay cut if you're late but never acknowledge the countless overtime and weekends you worked on - Being a designer at Schbang is most people's fear, we are treated literally like donkeys, all the work is given to us last minute and we are expected to work till late. - if the design is well then solutions take the credit for it, the designers are not given enough credit. - they couldn't even afford good laptops to give to their employees, we had to argue for the same. - No fun HR activity, it's almost like any other corporate, doesn't give off a creative agency vibe. - No travel, mental health, dental, food card allowance, no perk.

Pros

You'll feel you're working for a cool, gen z type organization. But remember their expertise is in marketing, not in engineering or software.

Cons

Their Engineering dept is very small, they just have few projects, and they just start working on any kind of new tool introduced, so in other words they take any kind of new tool and create few projects on it, then move on to something new, so developers and testers and engineering team has to scratch and bang their heads on this chewing gum flavor kind of culture. And since they have so many boats to ride on, they don't develop expertise on any. And then there's pressure to learn these everyday new things they introduce to team and their clients. It's a complete headache and mess, no engineer should join schbang and ruin their career. Pls pls pls dont. It'll prove to be the worst decision of your career.
