Pros

+ The CEO. Jerry, is just phenomenal. He's inspiring, inclusive, and involved. He takes the time to say hello to each and every employee every day, which is something I have never seen before. He keeps everyone in the loop and brings everyone into the fold. + The environment is very supportive and inspiring. Everyone is really motivated and driven, and the talent in the office is beyond anything I've seen. It never feels like anyone is too big or too small, and the collaboration at all levels is fantastic. It's very honest and human, and chatting via GIFs and emojis on Slack and sharing laughs is common! People genuinely care about one another and about the company, and it's super refreshing. + Training and management. There are so many opportunities for developing skills and learning. The company is growing at a rapid (but thoughtful) rate, and it's not the type of office where you're handed training materials when you start and then that's the end of your learning.

Cons

- Racked my brain, and genuinely cannot think of anything to add here. This place is one of a kind. The only improvement would be having more space to match the level of growth, though the wheels are already in motion!

Pros

The team was amazing. Everyone respected each other's talent, and the camaraderie was effortless. What Schedulicity stood for – being the scheduling app that cares – was clear. Most people genuinely cared about helping small business owners. Work-life balance was also great.

Cons

Though, "most people" doesn't go for management. Management is short-sighted and disconnected from their teams and everyday projects. You'll find yourself explaining basic things over and over again... Schedulicity goes through cycles of mass hiring and layoffs. It seems like their only solution to be a profitable company is to let go of employees. It happened (at least) three times while I was there. Also, forget about diversity.
