      The culture at Scheels is by far the best part about working for this company. The leadership truly cares about their people and provides you with so many opportunities to learn and grow!

      the discount was phenomenal, and my coworkers were great. it was very well organized and a super cool place to work

      Pros

      Good stock program for retirement if you’re there for at least three years

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged every minute by at least 20 individuals. You have to inform a coworker or supervisor if you’re even just going to the bathroom no matter your position.
