Pros
Very dedicated faculty and front line staff who want to help students. Due to lack of effective management, people try to help each other and collaborate.
Cons
President is the worst. Totally incompetent, does not care and does not know what he is doing. Has run the school into the ground. There is no leadership, no strategic plan and no assessment. He just gives jobs to unqualified friends while treating everyone else terribly. Shame on the Board and State for allowing this to occur and for the community to be ripped off.
