- Salaries are a little higher that competition - Work-life balance
Cons
- Lot of "Brilliant Jerks" Very technical developers with NONE social skills - Barcelona office is crowded, too much noise. The company promised to move at the end of 2017 but still waiting in December 2017 (the new office is now only a hole in the ground) - Management not focus on vision or context - Promotions are unfair. Trying to copy Google but failing because lack of feedback
