      Decent salary, very nice desks

      Cons

      Outdated communications systems (still using Lotus Notes...) Leadership tends to be concerned with the bottom line and not with professional growth of personnel.

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
