Pros
Good pay. Good, hard-working people to work with. Engineers are respected and valued. If I needed anything, I could just go buy it.
Cons
Medical benefit is terrible. Schindler training is a joke. I often would be told I had done things wrong before I was told how it was expected. Many industry standard things are not the same at Schindler. Most people are over worked, so repeated work is wasted time and effort.
