      Not an agile project oriented implementation. Difficulties using tools to manage the processes due to global configurations. Lack of clear strategic guidance.

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
