      High level management is clueless. Do not care about staff. Constant threat of job losses. No communication. Bullying culture.

      Good salary, 401k, benefits, vacation

      Cons

      Stressful. Not able to spend enough time in the field due to administrative duties. No help from upper management. Customers always unhappy about service. Not enough technicians.
