      Good HR policies. Subsidised food and travel High focus on innovation Internal job rotation opportunities

      Cons

      Frequently changing business directions from top leadership. Local management does not support International travel or deputation. HR team is not very approachable. Salary should be standardized across position levels.

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
