      Pros

      Excellent people. The front line staff are all fantastic people. Delightful to work with and great at their jobs. Not a bad to to say about coworkers.

      Cons

      No real strategy. Upper management does not listen. The turnover for leadership positions is insane. They talk about silos but live in one themselves. The board of management are essentially a bunch of self serving idiots.

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
