      * Good work life balance * Job security * Possibility of moving and changing positions within the company

      * Pay low compared to industry standard * Technology is very proprietary cant really carry the skills learnt here to a different job * Management is very stubborn nepotism is prevalent in the company

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
