      Good company, nice exposure, Global outlook but at times work life balance is lost.

      Cons

      Too much favouritism. Awards and appreciations given only to a handful favourites. Others go ignired.

      since the company is so large some of your work could feel "unmeaningful"

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
