- Leadership will never have your back, even when you are clearly and verifiably correct. - Leadership never takes responsibility for their poor decision making and will always pass blame to those beneath them. - Zero transparency. You have to guess why they are or aren't doing something because they won't tell you anything. - No advancement unless you want to completely change careers (i.e. engineer to sales to installation etc.)
