      Money is okay if you perform.

      Customer don't get the service they pay for, sales people have to go in and apologize and get them to pay bills anyway.

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
