Short review - Assessor/Trainer Schneide Solutions Employee Review

Good for those looking for a small company and job kinda setup

No fixed salary date (does not come before 5th also) Untidy office where they say they have a cleaning staff but your desk and washrooms are always a mess, bad smell, cockroaches and lizards. No basic amenities like tea, coffe etc Most of the procedures they say are in paper but we never see them HR department is worst and a mess. HR works from home always where other employees come to office and always forgets birthdays, miss out few major communications, does not follow proper protocol for exit process, handovers etc. does not even address resignations and exit interviews are sent days after last working day For this role, no growth opportunity

You'll find peace and refrain from instant mood swing Won't indulge in useless activities cause when we're streesed only then we look for escape. Become more creative and productive You health- both physical and mental would be in great state(yhoo..!!✨️✨️) You'll be more present to yourself and people around You won't feel worthless or lost feelings. (Well these are cons of quitting the job that's not good for you not only in terms of pays bUT also skillset.)
