Good Training program for rookie drivers. Large focus on safety
Cons
They do not live up to advertised weekly salary. Intentionally hire extra drivers to drive down average miles. Lots of turnover , Eld , GPS system is subpar, wrong addresses sending drivers to dead end roads.

Health benefits are decent but no time to use them.
Cons
They don’t take care of their trucks and when they break down and you’re at home they take their time trying to figure out what’s wrong so they don’t have to pay you. I’ve now gone a week without pay because they refused to look at a problem that I brought to their attention with the truck for weeks and now that I’m home and took it to a local place I don’t get pay and now my family has to suffer.
