Good plave to start in logistics Good parent company when it comes to size and extra stuff Good office equipment
Cons
Loss of good people and automotive account. Poor leaders still stay and try to win over long term workers. Worried of unions and what it would do to the company. Bad leadership. People are promoted based on what they look like or who they know. Outside or new workers never have a chance to move up. Lots of side office meetings that really don't need to happen. Force others to pick up when leaders leave the floor. Stinks in the office No help from HR .
