Pros
Family company that will be there tomorrow. They take good care of their people. Packers Tickets are given out if you work at headquarters. Will fly you around for training and project work. Generally travelled 4-6 weeks a year on a job where travel was not "required" Recently had a huge overhaul of managers in maintenance Dept.
Cons
There are some politically motivated rules and regulations that come down and some favoritism in promotions, but generally hard work and creativity will be rewarded. Employee focus is starting to wane with troubles the trucking industry is presently encountering. Green Bay is not the mecca of fabulous places to live.
