      1. Good atmosphere 2. Ample learning opportunities 3. Understanding and supporting management

      1. Complexity of work is too much which often causes distress among working people 2. Also lot of overtime (which is not paid) 3. Far from city so not much freedom to access your city tasks unless you have your own car

      Pros

      Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

      Cons

      $12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
