Pros

-Training class forces you to get closer with other sellers. -Culture thickened my skin and helped me outperform at my next company.

Cons

*Please note I quit on my own accord and put in my 2weeks notice. Within hours I was told “we can’t do the 2 week thing” told to leave effective immediately and was not paid out for the 2 weeks. -Call Center Environment. -85 cold calls & 2hrs of talk time daily are the minimum expectations. -You will not be selling Schneider Orange trucks, you will work for Schneider STM a 3PL division that pairs up literally any truck driver they can find. -Outdated & cluttered Oracle CRM. -No work life balance. Average day is 6:30am-6pm Although they claim it’s 7am-4pm. Expect to spend your nights and weekends prospecting. -Minimum commission threshold & $300 desk fee taken from your commissions. -3 weeks of training with also counts as month 1 of ramp up. -Cut Throat atmosphere. Managers will literally carry around a boat oar and smack on the ground and/or yell if your not making calls. -Wolf of Wall Street atmosphere. Drugs/prework out encouraged to increase your call volume. Do-workers frequently hook up & date. -Force you to stand for hours at a time until you sell something, and will not let you leave for the day/week if you have not sold something. -Will put you on a PIP after 1 month, and fire you after 3months of missing quota. -You self generate everything single lead. -No company ethics what so ever. -Service has no competitive advantage that prospects care about.

Pros

Health benefits are decent but no time to use them.

Cons

They don’t take care of their trucks and when they break down and you’re at home they take their time trying to figure out what’s wrong so they don’t have to pay you. I’ve now gone a week without pay because they refused to look at a problem that I brought to their attention with the truck for weeks and now that I’m home and took it to a local place I don’t get pay and now my family has to suffer.
