      Pros

      Friendly local office personnel. They will train you for 65.00 a day over n over. You provide your own food and you can sleep in their trucks.

      Cons

      They are advertising fraudulently. I left a job with in writing 50k to 70k job expectations. They lost 50milliion in contracts just recently and have yards of parked trailers and trucks. Reserve LA lost 21 drivers in last week or so....trained drivers.

      Pros

      Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

      Cons

      $12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
