      You will really get good tanker training.

      Cons

      Unorganized training schedule, training pay is not a living wage and you will not get the miles the recruiter states. High employee turn around. They hire new people every Monday because of the low pay and no freight.

      Pros

      Health benefits are decent but no time to use them.

      Cons

      They don’t take care of their trucks and when they break down and you’re at home they take their time trying to figure out what’s wrong so they don’t have to pay you. I’ve now gone a week without pay because they refused to look at a problem that I brought to their attention with the truck for weeks and now that I’m home and took it to a local place I don’t get pay and now my family has to suffer.
