Pros
A great place to learn and open one's mind. Here, all work emerges from deep thoughts and purpose. A vibrant place full of talent... young and old; well, more young than old. But, the old become young at this place. A very inclusive environment. Being earnest and hardwork is the key to learn, and then applying it in your job takes you to places. Some call it the Schoogle Spirit. The company has rightly positioned themselves as the propagators of progressive education. They are turning to become the thought leaders in education. Loved working full time with them. Miss them a lot. I changed as a person, after my experience over there. One of my greatest learning experiences in life. This place was an eyeopener for me in thought leadership. Place is run by very progressive thinking leaders. Whether, it is science or literature or math... one would learn great lessons in one's life, if one can work based on the benchmarks set by the leadership in this organisation.
Cons
This place is not for someone looking for an easy, mindless job. This is a place for hardworkers and very progressive learners. So, the con is... they do not have jobs for everyone.
