      I like the job because the hours are great. I like the location of the job.I like the environment.

      Cons

      I dont like the pay. Although there have been pay increases over the past few years, it could still be much better. Better health care packages too.

      Pros

      Good coworkers, collaboration and professionalism.

      Cons

      There is not much opportunity to grow as a professional. CEO and superintendent don't know about teaching processes, and this obstruct the teaching and learning environment. In general, teaching work is not appreciated as it should be.
