The seniors always make you learn new things related to your field as well as in other fields too. Your personality will also grow with time. Seniors always help you to boost your confidence and they always give you blunt feedback on your work.
Cons
The size of the office is small if we compare it with the number of employees. 6 Days/ Week Working. Which should be 5 Days/ Week because nowadays so many companies implemented this work culture.
