      Good culture Team dependent but feels flexible and there is an understanding of give and take when the work is hard Benefits outside of salary are great, ie pension and onsite amenities

      Cons

      Company struggling in the current climate, share price down therefore no pay rises even for those who have been promoted/are performing well
