Pros
The people you will work with are all hard working individuals . Some of the best I have ever had the chance to work with . Decent pay, good benefits, excellent dental and eye insurance. Steady work with some overtime, which is always nice. They can't force you over 10 hours. Management was easy to work with. As long as you got the job done, you stayed in good favor. A good union shop.
Cons
It's hot of course. It's a bakery . There are a number of 27 to 28 year employees who should be able to retire at 30 years and out. Schweble's no longer offers that. When this happens, your going to have the backbone of Schewbel's work force leave. That could pose a problems for the company, especially when the very qualified and experienced maintenance crew leaves. Those guys keep the whole thing running . Cons ? , well it's a low ceiling company .Not much room for advancement .
