Pros
There is a huge exposure to working on the technology side. B2C SaaS companies are rare in India. Typeset belongs to that category. Personally, I like challenges and working on new interesting stuff. Here, I get to work on real-time collaborative systems and build features that can affect up to half a million users. There is chaos too, but that's what makes life interesting. The company does hire young smart folks. There are folks from companies who had worked at Flipkart, blackbuck and other startups. I have had the pleasure of working with a few of them. The culture also seems to be free from office politics, which is good news. The pace is fast here. Which can be a bit difficult for a few folks. But You would get to learn by tons here. Having a product startup experience on your resume is always helpful.
Cons
Recently, the WFH policy was changed. Understand that it was done to improve communication. Not the worst thing in the world, but I would recommend keeping it much more flexible. Also, would recommend having more frequent all-hands to keep everyone aligned.
