Lame Interview Process - Senior Software Engineer SciTec Employee Review

The interview process was a disaster. I was confronted with junior developers who clearly were fresh out of college. They didn't ask any relevant questions and lacked any deep knowledge about containerization, Kubernetes and cloud computing. I couldn't wait to get out of there. They didn't have any basic understanding of Kubernetes at all.
