Its making a name of itself in digital world so right growth opportunities. 4. Paid and unpaid leaves. Management is from technical background(best person if you know them well) so understands and provide full support.

If you are completing your work in time there is no such Cons

1. It works on some of the niche technologies like Salesforce, SugarCRM etc. 2. It gives you ample opportunities to learn and grow. 3. The Management guides well to excel with your services. 4. Very good for freshers to learn new and emerging technologies. 5. Good hikes for deserving employee whose contribution towards company's success is visible. 6. Flexibility to work from home. 7. I haven't found any cons while working here except Saturday working but it's half day.
