All the employees are current or former students of UGA, so there is a strong sense of community in the workplace, and everyone is understanding of busy schedules and college life. Everyone cares about their jobs and helping others succeed.

Balancing studying for your own classes while working to prepare exam reviews and hold office during exam weeks when things get extremely busy, can be challenging, but even then you have flexibility with your schedule so you don't have to work too much when you have a big exam of your own.
