They do not grant leave even for valid reasons, despite employees having their entitled leave balance.
Team leads use inappropriate language and openly blame employees in front of others, which is demoralizing and damaging to one’s confidence.
It is very stressful to work in an environment where senior engineers are not supportive.
As an intern, when you ask questions about things you don’t know, they either ignore you or simply respond with “I don’t know,” even when they clearly understand the topic.
Overall, my internship experience here was very disappointing.
