Flexible work schedule and strong interest in employee success

Business projects are tied to government contracts, so some potential for slow periods or no work. This has not been a problem thus far and company hasn’t laid employees off, but I would be remiss to not mention the potential.

-Great work-life balance -Flexible Schedule -Amazing coworkers and upper management you can easily go talk to -Cost of living (inflation) adjustment every year -Overall great place to learn

-Everyone is underpaid, but this is easier to swallow with the cost of living adjustment and bonuses -Its a startup that is trying to run like a much larger company so there can be some growing pains -PTO policy could be better for new employees.
