Horrible middle management that will always look to cover their own backs, exceptionally rude coworkers, and a company that will overwork you to a breaking point. Every department is siloed in so good luck trying to get people to work together. Managers will even throw you under the bus to cover their own mistakes. Senior staff do not care about new hires, and don’t look to improve process. Campus is hideous. Middle management will micromanage excessively to show that they’re still relevant. Good luck if you’re expecting even a decent work life balance here. IT staff is exceptionally rude and clearly understaffed.
