It's a steady paycheck, and my immediate supervisor is all right, I guess.

Before 2021, it was a good place to work, but then the parent company took direct control. Since then, pay has not kept up with inflation; in some years, nobody gets an increase. The pension program was also frozen, and then terminated. Each year, the company shifts more of the cost of the medical plan to the employee. Don't count on your efforts being rewarded in any way, either.
