Pros

The main product line is robust, and the company's reputation among the customer base is top notch. There is opportunity to learn, and develop many valuable skills if initiative is taken. The products fly off the shelves, and the CEO Aaron is a genuinely great leader (with huge sales experience). There is a buttload of creative freedom to execute.

Cons

Depending on your occupation, the pay may or may not be up to industry standard. There is no standardized training, and knowledge is tribal. You will gain the most knowledge by interacting with the SMEs, but time with them is hard to come by as they're likely stretched. There needs to be more technical leaders and input to reduce the amount of unproductive fraternizing. Some coworkers would deliberately not work, and route calls to others through loopholes in the VoIP system. This led to other workers being over-leveraged. As of the time of my leave, this had still not been addressed.

Pros

1. I worked hard during my time at the company and consistently received positive performance feedback. 2. My peers were supportive, and I appreciated the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects. 3. I gained valuable finance experience that will help me in future roles.

Cons

1. After returning from an approved leave of absence, I was unexpectedly terminated, with the explanation that I was “no longer a fit” for the department. This was surprising and disappointing, especially given my positive performance reviews and dedication. 2. Communication around my termination was abrupt and unclear, which added to the emotional difficulty of the situation. 3. In my experience, the current finance management team struggled with transparency and consistent communication. 4. My manager, who had previously provided positive feedback, declined to provide a referral after my departure, which was hurtful and discouraging.
